Shaun Carney
Shaun Carney is the Co-Founder of Bolt Financial Group and serves as the firm’s Wealth Advisor. Shaun has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry. Responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, Shaun finds immense satisfaction in helping individuals better prepare for retirement.
Prior to forming his own firm, Shaun served in the United States Air Force and worked with Edward Jones. After earning his Master of Science degree in Cost Analysis, Shaun went on to obtain his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
As a member of the Air Force Reserve, Shaun continues to fly C-17s in service to the United States of America. When he isn’t helping people plan for retirement, and piloting C-17s, Shaun is an avid golfer, traveler, husband, and father to three children.
Always eager to help others and give back in any way that he can, Shaun regularly volunteers with the Reserve Officers Association and the Knights of Columbus.
Dave Marlin, CRPC
Dave Marlin serves as a Wealth Advisor located out of the Dayton and Springfield, OH areas. A Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Dave has over 20 years of investment experience and is committed to helping individuals through the retirement planning process. Prior to joining the firm, Dave served 28 years as a pilot in the United States Air Force and has earned a BS in Civil Engineering, a MS in Aviation Management and his CRPC and Series 65 license.
Dave understands the anticipation and anxiety that comes as you approach retirement. We all have the same questions: “Have I saved enough or will I run out of money?” “Will Social Security and Medicare still be there when I need it?” Some of us have saved enough, but aren’t sure how to draw on our accumulated wealth to accomplish our retirement goals. Nora Lamendola, PMP
Nora's experience lies in marketing and account management, most recently in the Healthcare industry, and extending into Sports, Telecommunication and Agency. In addition to leading the marketing for Southern Colorado's largest independent orthopaedic group, she has managed several corporate accounts, marketing both locally and nationally, and has a passion to build strong customer relations and experiences.
A Certified Project Management Professional, University of Toledo student athlete and summa cum laude graduate in Marketing and Management, she has created opportunities both personally and professionally to be a part of what she's termed as ‘championship caliber teams’. She's driven to deliver that same mentality with the team at Retire Educated.
